One app from the first call to the last payment.

The whole job lives in one place, so nothing falls between the estimate, the work, and the invoice.

  • Estimates that get signed

Build a line-item estimate, send it, and get it approved before the work starts. Revisions keep their history instead of overwriting it.

  • Schedule the crew

Assign work to techs on a day and week board, in your shop’s own time zone. Reschedules and reopens are allowed — the pipeline isn’t a one-way street.

  • Capture the job

Log materials used, snap photos, and leave notes on the job itself, so the evidence is attached to the work rather than a camera roll.

  • Gapless invoicing

Official numbers are assigned server-side at finalization — never duplicated, never skipped. Totals are penny-exact, not floating-point.

  • Receipts & job costing

Track expenses, reimbursements, and restocks against a job, then see labor plus materials against what you billed.

  • Timecards with GPS

Crew clock in and out from the field, with location recorded when the device provides it.

  • Reports & exports

Billing, job-cost, and timecard reporting on screen, with CSV and PDF exports when you need them elsewhere.

  • Bilingual, end to end

Every screen, email, and PDF works in English and Spanish. Each person picks their own language — the office and the crew don’t have to match.

How a job moves through it.

Three steps, in the order the work actually happens.

  1. Quote it

Build the estimate from your price book, send it, and get it approved before anyone drives out.

  2. Do the work

Schedule the crew, then capture materials, photos, and notes on the job as it happens.

  3. Bill it

Turn the approved work into an invoice with a gapless, audit-ready number, then record the payment against the job.

Simple pricing, whole crew included.

Flat plans rather than per-seat fees, so adding a tech never costs you more. Final plans are being set before launch.
